Dispatch OS

Everything a dispatcher keeps track of, in one place. Upload a ratecon and the load details and earnings fill themselves in.

Built for dispatchers in the US who work with trucking companies and drivers, and who today spread the back office across documents, spreadsheets and separate invoicing tools. Finding, calling on and booking loads stay outside it.

Introduction

Dispatch OS — introduction
What's inside

One platform for the whole dispatch back office

Ratecon extraction

Upload a ratecon and Dispatch OS reads the load details, the rate and what the driver made straight into the right fields. No retyping, no copying between tools.

Carrier profiles

A complete file for every carrier you dispatch for: company details, documents and full load history, kept together in one profile.

Gross revenue tracking

Gross for every truck and carrier by week, month and year, with previous months and years always on hand to compare.

Automatic dispatch fees

Set your percentage for each company and the dispatch fee is calculated on every load, so what you earn and what you charge the driver is always worked out.

Broker invoicing

Generate the invoice a driver sends to a broker to get paid for a load, straight from the load record.

Driver invoicing

Generate your own invoice to the driver for your dispatch fee, from the same load record.

How it works

From ratecon to paid invoice

One upload does most of the work. After that, the numbers and the paperwork follow from it.

01

Upload the ratecon

Drop in the rate confirmation the broker sent. That upload is the only data entry.

02

Data extraction

The rate, what the driver made and the rest of the load details are pulled out and filed in the right fields, against the right truck and carrier.

03

Gross and fees update automatically

Each truck's gross, your dispatch fee, and the week, month and year totals update as soon as the load is in.

04

Invoices generated

Create the broker invoice for the driver and your own dispatch-fee invoice to the driver from the same load record.

Put the back office in one place.

Tell us how you run your dispatch work today and we'll tell you how Dispatch OS would fit.
